Once your provider approves your treatment and the pharmacy prepares your medication, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days from the time your treatment is approved.

Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging.
