1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Varus Health Inc. ("Varus," "we," "us," or "our") website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Varus operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. Varus does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians using the Varus platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a state where our Services are available to use Varus. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

5. Medical Services

Medical consultations and prescriptions are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers. Varus facilitates the connection between you and these providers but does not practice medicine. Treatment decisions are made solely by the prescribing provider based on their independent medical judgment.

6. Compounded Medications

Certain medications available through the Services are compounded by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed provider.

7. Payment and Billing

You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for treatments approved by your provider. For subscription services, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If your treatment is denied by a provider, you will not be charged.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular treatment will be prescribed or that any treatment will produce specific results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
