We may use and share your health information with licensed healthcare providers who review your intake questionnaire, uploaded labs, and lab results and make care-plan or treatment decisions; with laboratory or collection partners involved in clinician-ordered testing; and with licensed pharmacies that dispense medications when treatment is recommended.
For Payment
We may use and share your health information to process payment for diagnostics, clinician review, results review, treatment, and collection activities.
For Healthcare Operations
We may use and share your health information for quality assurance, compliance activities, uploaded-lab sufficiency review, diagnostics operations, and improving our services.
As Required by Law
We will share information about you if state or federal law requires it, including reporting to public health authorities.
